Paula D. Falcon - Licitra is a hometown girl who knows the San Jacinto Valley inside and out. Born and raised in San Jacinto where she attended school and served with the Police Explorers. While attending San Jacinto High School, she was involved with the school activities and graduated as the President of her Senior Class. After graduating from High School, she became a Police Cadet for 3 years. Paula has been involved in many community activities over the years. Paula studied Business Management and Accounting in college - though her favorite subject was American History. Paula worked as an Executive Administrative Assistant for several years. Paula soon realized that, even while working fulltime, she was always planning some sort of event for others. In 2002, she decided to open her own business and do exactly what she was good at, planning events. Paula found her true calling within the wedding industry after becoming an Ordained Minister. Now she performs wedding ceremonies throughout Southern California. Paula is currently writing a book about her own experiences, she had planning her wedding. Paula has been married to her husband John for 7 years and they have one little dog named Kandi.
